This is a family-run Konoba, hidden at the eastern
end of the Old Town and I’m just about to order.
Mussles, scampi, mixed ‘buzara’ sounds perfect!
Harmony in the Sea! I love the sound of it.
So I ordered, at the recommendation of the chef,
the fish soup of the day and the ‘buzara’,
which is a kind of a seafood platter and, of course,
a glass of dry white Croatian wine. Cheers!
A small starter: fish paté
on toasted bread. Delicious!
Ok homemade fish soup.
It looks absolutely divine!
Mmmh!
It is divine!
Here we have it, the ‘buzara’ fish platter:
mussels and shrimps. It is absolutely what I love!
It’s a mussels and shrimp stew
and a bit of a messy affair to eat but
I think this is a real great place. It’s a family-run Konoba.
The father is the chef and the son is serving.
Hidden in a courtyard but worth the find.
Guess where I found it? In Dubrovnik In Your Pocket
